National Premmie Foundation
Approximately 40,000 babies are admitted to Special and Intensive Care Nurseries each year in Australia for a variety of reasons.
Approximately 21,000 of these babies are born prematurely. Around 6,000 babies require critical and intensive life support each year.
All of these babies and their families need support and a voice.
Our mission is to support these special babies and their families
during their hospital stay and afterwards. We also aim to help those who have helped our precious little ones -
our Special Care Nurseries and Neonatal Intensive Care units save thousands of baby’s lives every year, and we are forever grateful!

Australian Charity of Child Photographers

The ACOCP is a volunteer organisation of child photographers from all over Australia who have come together to form an organisation dedicated to giving the gift of photographic memories to families that have experienced stillbirths, premature and
sick newborns.

Loddon Mallee Kids
Loddon Mallee Kids Inc (LMK) is a Not for Profit Organisation that is based in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia. Our aim is to provide support, information and resources to families and carers who are involved with parenting prematurely born babies and children.

Lifes Little Treasures
Lifes Little Treasures are a Melbourne group of mothers who have experienced the roller coaster ride of N.I.C.U. & Special Care Nurseries, who would like to provide you with support and friendship.

NNICUPS
NNICUPS aim is to support parents before and after the birth of their baby and especially while their baby is in the Neonatal Intensive Care (NIC) Unit.

PIPA
PIPA was formed in 1980 to provide a support network for the families dealing with the Premature birth of their baby in Queensland and Northern New South Wales Hospitals. For over 25 years this work has been carried on by a large number of volunteer

Miracle Babies
Miracle Babies supports premature and sick newborns cared for by Liverpool Hospital's Department of Newborn Care and their families by providing emotional and practical support.

Parents of Premature Babies Inc
Parents of Premature Babies Inc. (Preemie-L) is a registered non-profit foundation providing support to families and caregivers of premature babies. Support is offered primarily through the Preemie-L Discussion Forum and the Preemie-L List.

The Featherweight Club
The Featherweight Club was established in 1994 to help the parents and families of premature and special care babies. The club is based at the Mercy Hospital for women in Melbourne.

Austprem
Austprem is an incorporated, non-profit organisation in Australia. Those involved have all experienced, or been closely involved with the experience of prematurity.

The Featherweight Club
The Featherweight Club is a voluntary organisation established to support the families and babies of the Special Care Nurseries at Mercy Hospital for Women in Heidelberg, Melbourne and to raise awareness of their particular needs, both within the hospital environment and the broader community.

Central Coast Premmie & Sick Newborn Support
Having a premmie or sick baby is something that none of us expect to face. Varying reasons have lead us here but we share a common bond and understanding. If you are interested in meeting people who share similar experience’s please come along to our monthly meets where you will form friendships, be informed by guest speakers and relax with those who truly understand you.

Australian Breastfeeding Association
The Australian Breastfeeding Association (ABA) is an organisation of people interested in the promotion and protection of breastfeeding. Amongst these are breastfeeding women and their partners and health professionals such as doctors, lactation consultants and midwives. ABA was founded in Melbourne, Victoria in 1964 (as the Nursing Mothers' Association), with the primary aim of giving mother-to-mother support to breastfeeding women.

SIDS and Kids
The National SIDS Council of Australia, trading as SIDS and Kids, is a high-profile and well-respected not-for-profit organisation that boasts an enviable history of success.  SIDS and Kids is dedicated to saving babies' lives through the elimination of sudden and unexpected infant deaths, and supporting bereaved families. We deliver on our vision through world class education, research, evidenced based intervention and advocacy.

Australian Action on Pre Eclampsia
Australian Action on Pre-eclampsia Inc. (AAPEC) is an association incorporated in Victoria. It is a voluntary organisation set up to provide support and information to families who have suffered from pre- eclampsia.

Beyond Blue
beyondblue is a national, independent, not-for-profit organisation working to address issues associated with depression, anxiety and related substance misuse disorders in Australia. beyondblue is a bipartisan initiative of the Australian, state and territory governments with a key goal of raising community awareness about depression and reducing stigma associated with the illness.

Reflux Infants Support Association Inc
The Reflux Infants Support Association (RISA) Inc is an Australian based community support group that aims to encourage and give confidence and moral support to families of infants and children who have problems associated with Gastro-Oesophageal Reflux (GOR, reflux).

Post and Antenatal Depression Association Inc
PANDA is a Victorian, not-for-profit, self-help organization that was formed in 1985 to provide confidential information, support and referral to anyone affected by post and antenatal mood disorders, including partners and extended family members. PANDA also produces and distributes accurate information about post and antenatal mood disorders to health professionals and the wider community.

The Pero Clinic
The pero clinic is a specialist clinic for individuals (infants, children and adults) with feeding or swallowing problems. It is a professional development facility with up-to-date information on swallowing assessment, rehabilitation and research. The pero clinic is also a centre for research on swallowing assessment and rehabilitation the pero clinic provides treatment for feeding & swallowing problems, dysphagia education and dysphagia research.

Karitanes mission is to achieve a recognised leadership position and set the standards for best practice in the provision of child and family services in NSW

Stillbirth Foundation Inc

The Stillbirth Foundation works to reduce the incidence of stillbirth in Australia. To achieve this goal, the Stillbirth Foundation operates with the aims to: increase public awareness of the effects it has on mothers, fathers and their families; support hospital bereavement services by raising funds for obstetric bereavement rooms within maternity hospitals and the provision of appropriate parental support services within these hospitals; and importantly, to fund and encourage research into stillbirth.

Precious Premmies
Welcome to the Precious Premmies Lunch, a very special event to raise money for some of the most special little people, Premmie babies. For those of you who don’t know us we are five ordinary mums who had seven extraordinary babies. They were all premmie. Sadly only five came home. It is their journeys from when they were first born through to today that continue to be inspiring to all of us.
